Contact Us

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.

  • Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.

  • If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or defected upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

  • Upon our instruction, the product must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund.

  • We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.

  • Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.

  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
