Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or defected upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
Upon our instruction, the product must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
